Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage the general ledger function, including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing procedures
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely completion of accounting tasks
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures and internal controls to enhance financial governance
• Prepare variance analyses and financial reports for management review and decision-making
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
