Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Internal Audit, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting or similar field.
• Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the review and audit of books of accounts and compliance with policies, plans, procedures, laws, and regulation.
• Assist with the review and audit of the accomplishment of established objectives and goals and whether they are being carried out as planned.
• Assist external auditors as required.
• Drafting of reports as necessary for approval.
• Assist in preparation of BIR Compliance such as:
• Reconciliation of monthly VAT per Sales per Book vs per OR.
• Preparation of Summary Alphalist of Sales and Purchases (SLSP) and input in the BIR Relief Data Entry BIR system.
• Preparation of Summary Alphalist of Withholding Taxes (SAWT) and input it in the Alphalist Data Entry BIR system.
• Preparation of reconciliations, schedules and documentation for tax assessments (LOA, PAN, FLD, etc.)
• And other BIR reports as required.
• Assisting in the preparation of IC Requirements for Interim and Annual Financial FS;
• And other related duties as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
