Job summary

Jardine Service Centre Philippines seeks a Finance Associate with strong Accounts Receivable experience to manage customer invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation. You will ensure timely collection, accuracy of customer accounts, and alignment with company policies and controls.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, following up on receivables, applying payments, conducting reconciliations, and supporting month-end closing and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience in shared services or multinational environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer invoices and ensure timely billing.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and perform collection activities.
• Apply incoming payments to customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform regular account reconciliations and aging analysis.
• Handle customer queries and disputes with Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Support monthly/quarterly closings, AR aging reports, and revenue accruals.
• Maintain customer master data in the ERP system.
