Job summary

Golden Century Marketing is seeking a Finance Associate to join our team in Misamis Oriental. You will support financial accounting and reporting, assist in reports, and help with month-end and year-end close processes based in Cagayan de Oro.

You will contribute to maintaining financial systems, perform reconciliations, and ensure compliance with internal policies while collaborating with the finance team in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

About the role

Reporting to the Finance Comptroller, this full-time Finance Associate position at Golden Century Marketing offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company’s financial operations. Based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, you will be responsible for supporting the financial accounting and reporting functions within the organization.

What you’ll be doing

1. Assist in the preparation of reports
2. Perform detailed account reconciliations and provide analysis of financial data
3. Support the month-end and year-end close processes
4. Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial systems and processes
5. Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
6. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies

What we’re looking for

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or any related field
2. 1-3 year of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a corporate setting
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
