Job summary

FAS Diagnostics Group Inc is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity, based in Paco, Manila City, Metro Manila. You will provide essential support to the finance team, handling day-to-day accounting activities and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness of records.

You will be involved in recording transactions, preparing invoices and expenses, assisting with month-end close, and supporting audit preparation.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel, with strong data entry skills.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail in financial records.

Responsibilities

• Record and process financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and reconciliations.
• Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly.
• Perform bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• File and organize financial records for retrieval and retention policy compliance.
• Assist with audit preparation by compiling required documentation.
• Support finance team with general admin tasks and special projects.
