Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferable with experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collection, or general accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and process financial transactions, including AP/AR entries.
• Maintain and organize financial records per policy.
• Prepare and process invoices and expense reports.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Liaise with internal/external parties to resolve accounting queries.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in credit applications, collection follow-ups, and aging reports.
