Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financing, or any Business-related courses.
• At least one year of work experience, preferably from real estate or banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates bank financing buyback transactions, including account monitoring, documentation, and coordination with banks and internal departments.
• Ensures compliance with bank requirements by monitoring collateral documents, title transfers, and Deed of undertaking (DOU) validity
• Coordinates with clients and banks regarding account status, buyback notices, and title processing updates.
• Prepares and maintains reports on buybacks, account status, compliance monitoring, and title transfers
• Supports the Team Leader/Assistant Finance Manager in daily operations and perform other related duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financing, or any Business-related courses
