• Prepares Statements of Account for clients
• Drafts and sends notices and collection letters
• Analyzes buyers' ledgers for discrepancies or overdue balances
• Encodes and posts transaction entries accurately
• Conducts follow-ups and coordinates remediation efforts for default account
