Job summary

DMCI Homes in the Philippines is seeking candidates for a Finance/Accounting role to support bank financing buyback transactions, monitor accounts and maintain collateral-related documents. The position involves coordinating with banks and internal teams to ensure compliance with requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates bank financing buyback transactions, including account monitoring, documentation, and coordination with banks and internal departments.
• Ensures compliance with bank requirements by monitoring collateral documents, title transfers, and Deed of undertaking (DOU) validity
• Coordinates with clients and banks regarding account status, buyback notices, and title processing updates.
• Prepares and maintains reports on buybacks, account status, compliance monitoring, and title transfers
• Supports the Team Leader/Assistant Finance Manager in daily operations and perform other related duties as assigned
