TGT Global in Alabang is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to support AR/AP processes for US-based clients. You will handle daily batch processing, reconciliations, and write-offs while ensuring accurate handling of payments and inquiries. This full-time, on-site role requires attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable process, payment processing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Experience handling customer account inquiries and payment-related concerns.
• Willing to work onsite in Aeon Center, Alabang for a dayshift position supporting US-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable (65%): daily credit card batch process, AR import reconciliation, virtual credit card processing, write offs/adjustments, lease company misdirected payments.
• Accounts Payable (30%): PO receipts for dropshipped POs, AP invoice entry, payment reconciliation.
• Reports (5%): AR and AP specific reporting.
