Job summary

TGT Global in Alabang is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable specialist to join our finance team onsite for a dayshift role supporting US-based clients. You’ll handle daily AR/AP processes, batch reconciliations, and reporting.

Strong Excel/Word skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are essential. This on-site position offers a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable process, payment processing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Experience handling customer account inquiries and payment-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable (65%): Daily credit card batch process, AR import reconciliation, virtual card processing, write offs/adjustments, misdirected payments.
• Accounts Payable (30%): PO receipts for dropshipped POs, AP invoice entry, payment reconciliation.
• Reports (5%): AR and AP reporting.
