Job summary

onsemi seeks a Finance Analyst in the Philippines to prepare monthly reports, analyze variances, and support forecasting. You will partner with operations to drive cost insights and strong financial controls.

Ideal candidates will have advanced Excel, ERP/BI experience, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for management and stakeholders.

You will contribute to cost analyses, product costing, budgeting, and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of B.S. Accountancy or Financial Management.
• 3 years minimum relevant work experience in Accounting/Finance; manufacturing preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capability; ERP/BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and management dashboards.
• Analyze actual results vs budget/forecast and explain drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Support forecasting and long-range planning with validated inputs and models.
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis and ROI/NPV/IRR.
• Ensure cost control, manufacturing variance monitoring, and spend tracking.
