Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in Pulilan, Bulacan, is seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost monitoring, and reporting.

You will prepare reports, monitor expenses, assist month-end closing, develop financial models, and provide insights to support operational decisions. A Finance/Accounting degree and 2–4 years' experience with strong Excel skills are required; ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or financial reporting tools is an advantage.
