Job summary

Ethos Support is looking for a Finance Analyst to join the team in Cebu or Davao in a hybrid format. This role requires a meticulous, analytical individual to support financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance. The candidate must understand Philippine bookkeeping and regulations, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of financial operations across both the US and Philippine entities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate bookkeeping, general accounting, or financial analysis experience.
• Active CPA license preferred but not required.
• Experience handling bookkeeping or finance support for a Philippine corporation.
• Familiarity with SEC, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and related Philippine requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, reconciliations, and operational reporting.
• Own bookkeeping and financial record maintenance ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Lead coordination and tracking of Philippine compliance requirements.
• Support financial and operational alignment between US and Philippine entities.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, or a related field

Detail orientation

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Understanding of Philippine bookkeeping and compliance

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
