Job summary

InspireX in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a Finance Associate to join the Finance team. You will independently manage finance processes across Philippine and global entities with accuracy and timely delivery.

You will support bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and intercompany activities, working closely with the Finance Manager and Senior Finance Associate. This role offers a hybrid work setup and opportunities to grow within a global, tech-driven business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in accounting, finance or similar role.
• Experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and month-end.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Book and maintain financial transactions for assigned entities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Process supplier and employee finance transactions.
• Support month-end close and reporting.
• Manage Finance Inbox and intercompany invoicing support.
• Ensure compliance with finance policies.
