Job summary

InspireX in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a Finance Associate to join our Finance team. You will manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing and compliance across Philippine and global entities, delivering accurate data for timely reporting.

This is a hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) with growth through trainings and exposure to international projects. You’ll work with the Finance Manager and Senior Associate on month-end close, intercompany processes and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing and month-end activities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across locations.

Responsibilities

• Book and maintain financial transactions for assigned entities, including accruals, depreciation and other month-end entries.
• Review transactions and account balances for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Perform bank and other account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare and support reports for senior Finance team members.
• Handle finance-related inquiries and support intercompany processes.
• Ensure timely completion of reconciliations, invoicing and schedules.
