Join our finance team to handle payments, cashiering, bank deposits, and reporting in NetSuite, with a focus on compliance and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of treasury, accounts payable, or related experience.
• Hands-on treasury operations, payment processing, and cash disbursements.
• Experience using NetSuite ERP is highly preferred.

• Process customer payments including cash, card, and bank transfers and accurately apply them to invoices in NetSuite.
• Handle daily cashiering operations including cash balancing, cash counts, cashier reports, and discrepancy resolution.
• Prepare official receipts, refunds, statements of account, and other payment related documents.
• Safeguard company funds and ensure timely bank deposits.
• Address payment inquiries and concerns while providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, and internal controls.

We are hiring Finance Analyst

Join our finance team and help ensure accurate payment processing, cashiering operations, cash reconciliation, and financial transaction recording while maintaining proper cash controls and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer payments including cash, card, and bank transfers and accurately apply them to invoices in NetSuite
• Handle daily cashiering operations including cash balancing, cash counts, cashier reports, and discrepancy resolution
• Prepare official receipts, refunds, statements of account, and other payment related documents
• Safeguard company funds and ensure timely bank deposits
• Address payment inquiries and concerns while providing excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, and internal controls

Qualifications

• College graduate (4 - Year Bachelor's Degree required: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.).
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Accounts Payable, Finance, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in treasury operations, payment processing, and cash disbursements.
• Experience using the NetSuite ERP system is highly preferred.
• Currently residing in Metro Manila and amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong.
