Job summary

Monteza Diversified Logistics Inc. is seeking a reliable Finance Officer to manage financial operations, billing, payroll, and tax compliance, with hands-on involvement in field tasks like bank runs and permit renewals.

The role requires a Finance, Accounting degree and 2–4 years experience; familiarity with BIR, QuickBooks or Xero, and strong MS Excel skills; driving is a plus but not required. You will work closely with management and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years of finance/accounting experience, including billing and payroll.
• Experience in logistics, trucking, or field-based services is a plus.
• Familiarity with BIR processes and Philippine tax requirements.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
• Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license (Restriction 1 & 2 or equivalent) but not required
• CPA is an advantage but not required
• Organized, proactive, and capable of handling both office and field tasks

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
• Handle billing and invoicing, monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections
• Process payroll and remit government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• File all BIR returns (VAT, EWT, 2316, 1701Q/1702Q, etc.) and ensure on‑time compliance
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records for audit readiness
• Coordinate with banks, LGUs, and other institutions for permits, deposits, and other transactions
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for operations
• Ensure all financial processes are compliant with PH accounting and tax regulations
• Support business registration, licensing, and renewals
