Job summary

CO Careers is seeking a Finance Admin to join our Clark Outsourcing team in Pampanga. You will work onsite from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PHT, reporting to the Australian Finance Team Leader and Group Finance Director.

You’ll chase, record, and reconcile PODs and Delivery Documents, perform precise data entry, and maintain accurate financial records while supporting the Finance Leader and Managers on various tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data entry and financial record keeping.
• Strong Excel skills with attention to accuracy.
• Ability to liaise effectively with team members and managers.

Responsibilities

• Chase, record, and reconcile PODs, Delivery Notes, and Confirmations.
• Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy.
• Ensure correct input and coding of information for records.
• Assist Finance Leader and Managers with tasks and projects.
