Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Finance Admin to join onsite in Clark Pampanga. You will work under the Australian Finance Team Leader and Group Finance Director, focusing on timely and accurate reporting of deliveries and supplier shipments.

The role requires strong numeracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Onsite schedule is 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM PHT, with benefits and growth opportunities within the CO fam.

Position Title: Finance Admin

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing – Building 35, Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The role of the Finance Admin is to work within a team and take instruction from the Australian Finance Team Leader and Group Finance Director to ensure timely and accurate reporting of his tasks, most specially our customer deliveries / supplier shipments.

What You’ll Do:

• Chase, record, and reconcile Proof of Delivery (POD), Delivery Notes, and Delivery Confirmations
• Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure accurate input and coding of information to maintain correct records
• Assist the Finance Leader and Managers with various tasks and projects as required
