Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably with CPA certification.
• Experience in water utilities, power/utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, banking, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
• SAP system experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance and Admin Department activities and ensure effective coordination.
• Develop and implement accounting and admin policies, systems, and procedures.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial reports for management.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash management.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures, liaising with banks and auditors.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Manage customer service invoicing, payments, billing queries, and contracts.
• Coordinate with IT for data security, backups, disaster recovery, and IT policies.
• Oversee procurement, asset management, and warehouse/storage operations.
