Qualifications

• BS in Accountancy is required.
• MBA is an advantage.
• CPA is required/essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial activities of subsidiary operations including accounting, financial reporting, monitoring and analysis.
• Consolidate financial reports and ensure tax, budget and compliance requirements.
• Ensure 100% regulatory compliance and timely audit resolutions.
• Oversee policies and procedures and support audits and internal controls.
