Job summary

Easmed is a leading distributor in ENT, Cardiovascular, Sleep Medicine, and Respiratory Care in South-East Asia with over 200 employees. We seek an Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting, data entry, document management and banking errands for smooth operations.

The role involves basic accounting tasks, cheque handling and coordinating with hospitals, suppliers and banks. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals willing to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in accounting support or administrative roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting entries, invoices, and financial documents.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in banking transactions, cheque collection/delivery, or administrative errands is a plus.
• High attention to detail, honesty and reliability in handling financial records.
• Good organisational, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Key in supplier invoices, purchase invoices and other accounting entries into the system.
• Assist with expenses, payments, receipts and routine financial transactions.
• Check invoices and documents for completeness before processing.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable administration.
• Maintain accurate and organised accounting records and supporting documents.
• Handle banking errands and cheque collection/delivery to banks and partners.
• Organise filing of invoices, receipts, POs, cheques and other financial documents.
• Support scanning, photocopying, sorting and distribution of documents.
• Coordinate document submission to banks, hospitals, customers, suppliers and authorities.
