Job summary

Epta Refrigeration Phils. Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage supplier invoices, payments, and vendor communications.

The role requires 1-3 years of AR/AP experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields, and strong English skills. The position focuses on end-to-end AP processes, invoice verification, and vendor master maintenance, with tasks that include resolving discrepancies and supporting automation in our finance shared services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields (e.g. Finance, Mathematics) would be an advantage.
• 1-3 years experience in AR and AP, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Fluent English language skills and proficiency with SAP and MS Office are required.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices (with or without purchase orders) for Epta Group entities; aim for ~70 invoices per day.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support automated processing.
• Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment proposals.
• Address payment issues and manage end-to-end AP workflows.
• Maintain vendor master data and communicate with vendors via email/phone.
• Assist with inquiries and other tasks as assigned.

Job purpose & general description

A Finance Shared Service Center Employee is responsible for processing invoices, issuing payments, and communicating with vendors.

Main duties and key responsibilities

• Supplier invoice booking (without or without purchase orders) for companies of Epta Group, including contacts with the relevant colleagues and external suppliers) - around 70/day
• Resolving invoice discrepancies (if any)
• Assisting and aiding the work of the automated invoice processing software
• Supplier statements reconciliation
• Preparation of payment proposals for suppliers’ invoices
• Resolving issues (if any) regarding invoice payments
• End-to-end AP process
• Initiating vendor master changes or new vendor master
• Corresponding with vendors and responding to inquiries – mostly through e-mails but in some cases through the phone as well as phone lines are open 2 days/week in the afternoon
• For an English-speaking position previous AP experience is a must
• For other positions previous AP or financial experience is preferred but not required
• Any other task that the employer instructs

• Level of education - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields (e.g. Finance, Mathematics) would be an advantage
• Professional experience - 1-3 yrs experience in AR and AP
• IT knowledge – Microsoft Office, SAP
• Language- English
