Job summary

BAIYOUTE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD is seeking a Finance / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, ensure accurate records, support month-end closings and assist with audits and tax matters in a dynamic business environment.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience, a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance, strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and finance operations.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare invoices, payment documents and accounting records.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist with journal entries and General Ledger maintenance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with GST submissions and tax-related documentation.
• Prepare documents and schedules for audit purposes.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
