Job summary

Singapore Medical Specialists Centre Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our finance team in the Philippines. This entry-level position offers hands-on exposure to daily finance operations, month-end closing, GST submissions, receivables follow-up, and reporting.

You will gain practical experience while working with an experienced finance team, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcomed and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training will be provided.
• 1–2 years in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable in Singapore is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Word; knowledge of MYOB and Xero is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in petty cash management.
• Support month-end closing activities and preparation of balance sheet schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly GST submissions.
• Prepare ageing reports and follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
• Assist in inventory count observation and inventory control processes.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.
• Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor and management.
