Dynamic Talent Solutions is seeking an Accounting professional for an on-site role in Taguig. The position targets 1–2 years of accounting experience with a relevant bachelor’s degree, handling daily financial transactions, statements, and compliance tasks in a dynamic environment.

You will manage payables, receivables, and reconciliations, support month-end closings, and contribute to accurate financial reporting while maintaining organized records and adhering to BIR regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiar with BIR tax compliance and accounting procedures.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and accounting schedules.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and payment transactions.
• Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with BIR regulations.
• Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Maintain organized accounting files and supporting documents.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
