Key responsibilities include daily AP/AR, journal review, budget preparation, cash forecasting, and audit coordination, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS and local regulations. This role offers growth, stability, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or accountancy.
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting and supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Profit and Loss analysis, GAAP/IFRS knowledge.
• Experience with ERP and inventory/tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations and reporting.
• Manage daily transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare budget reports and revenue forecasts.
• Lead and supervise junior accountants.
• Provide technical guidance on complex accounting entries.
• Coordinate with auditors during audits.
