Job summary

Temps and Staffers Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, support the Finance team, and ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and policy compliance in the Philippines.

The role requires supervising accounting staff, reviewing journals and ledgers, and coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strict deadlines.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting staff in daily activities.
• Review journals, ledgers, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close.
• Assist in audit preparations and provide schedules.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
