MicroSourcing International in Parañaque City is seeking a Finance and Accounting Specialist to manage month-end and year-end closings, prepare financial statements, and perform variance analyses. You will ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and local tax laws while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting external audits.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and 2–4 years of solid accounting experience, with advanced Excel and ERP software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years in general accounting, financial analysis, or GL management.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP software like QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP or Xero.
• Strong verbal and written English for financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end closing, reconciling journals and GL.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (BS, P&L, cash flow) for stakeholders.
• Perform variance analysis comparing actuals to budget to spot trends.
• Ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and local tax regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist external audit prep.
