Job summary

MicroSourcing in Parañaque City seeks an experienced Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations. You will prepare journal entries, perform month-end close, and deliver accurate monthly reports to support business decisions.

With a minimum of five years in full-charge accounting and advanced Excel skills, you will contribute to strong financial controls and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of full-charge accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, lookups.
• Proven track record in month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting cycle (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations).
• Prepare and review journal entries (accruals, payroll, intercompany, month-end).
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and month/year-end closing within deadlines.
• Generate monthly reports and variance analyses for decision-making.
• Ensure strong financial controls and robust reporting processes.
