MicroSourcing, located in the Philippines, is hiring a Financial Accountant for an onsite day shift in Paranaque. You will prepare and maintain financial statements, manage the general ledger, and support audits and regulatory reporting.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, proven financial accounting experience, and strong Excel skills. CPA is a plus, and the company offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial accounting or similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
• Identify process improvements and support system enhancements.
