Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong numerical and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and accounting software.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and handle routine financial tasks efficiently.
• Preferably with experience using Accounting System, particularly Quickbooks

Responsibilities

• Process and review accounts payable transactions accurately and on time and ensure disbursements are substantiated by valid documents.
• Record accounts payable and disbursement transactions on QuickBooks accurately and on time.
• Manage treasury services including cash flow preparation and bank reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and communicate with payment requestors.
• Prepare allocation of expenses by department and location in compliance with policies.
• Review Flexible Medical Benefit invoices for accuracy prior to reimbursement.
• Maintain trackers and master data related to accounts payable and disbursement processing.
• Support finance team during month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare other transactions or reports as requested by supervisor.
