Job summary

Bolder Group in the Philippines seeks an Accounting Executive to maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and payments, handle client billing and receipting, and reconcile accounts. The role supports day-to-day financial operations and timely reporting.

Based in Clark, Pampanga, the position offers hybrid work, with on-site work at the Clark facility and partial remote flexibility, and requires strong English communication, numeric skills, and ERP proficiency to support

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in an accounts/finance role.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Record and post journal entries to maintain GL accuracy.
• Process supplier invoices and payments; maintain proper documentation.
• Post client invoices and receipts; manage AR aging and reconciliations.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and balance sheet accounts.
• Support monthly/quarterly/year-end financial reporting and tax compliance.
