Job summary

Customer Frontline Solutions, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a qualified professional to lead the migration from MS Navision to Business Central. You will conduct business process reviews, validate data formats, and leverage BC reports while advising on customization needs.

You will coordinate UAT for the new system, generate master data reports, coach new team members, and ensure compliance checks. Strong accounting knowledge and supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy degree; CPA is an advantage.
• At least 2 years experience in General Accounting or External Audit in supervisory level.
• Experience creating Accounting Policies or Manuals.
• Preferably knowledge on MS Navision.
• Knowledge in General Accounting, Financial Statement prep/analysis, Treasury or Corporate Finance.
• Up to date knowledge of financial, tax and accounting computer applications.
• Analytical and organized,
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• People handling skills
• Can start immediately

• In-Charge for the Migration from MSNavision to Business Central
• To conduct Business Process Review
• To validate and ensure correct file format to be implemented to create accurate information;
• To fully utilize standard reports generated by BC and recommend if there is a need to customize if no required report is available
• To perform and coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT) for new system application to all sections;
• Generates report for All Master Data Entries and use Excel (formatting and formulas) to upload and manage large volumes of Master Data for validation and reporting;
• Coaches and mentors newly hired members of the team;
• Validates supporting documents for Master Data Updates and completes compliance checks;
• Communicate with client/users around particular work efforts/deliverables;
• Investigates and respond to external (Audit) and internal inquiries;
• Escalates issues and seeks advice when faced with tasks / problems outside normal of job

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy; being a CPA is an advantage.
