TOTAL NUTRITION CORPORATION is seeking a Financial Management & Reporting leader to develop and oversee financial strategies, policies, and processes aligned with company objectives. You will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to support strategic decisions.
You will ensure compliance with BIR/SEC and IFRS, coordinate audits, strengthen internal controls, and safeguard assets.
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and processes aligned with company objectives and business requirements.
Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning to support business decisions and optimize financial resources.
Provide management with financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and overall business performance.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts and identify significant variances, risks, and opportunities.
Ensure proper accounting treatment and compliance with applicable PFRS/IFRS and company accounting policies
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with BIR, SEC, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage BIR examinations, tax assessments, and other government audits, including coordination with external advisors and relevant internal stakeholders.
Review tax computations, statutory filings, tax reconciliations, and other regulatory submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, including preparation of audit requirements, resolution of audit findings, and implementation of agreed recommendations.
Establish, review, and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and accounting procedures to safeguard company assets and minimize financial and operational risks.
Monitor compliance with company policies, approval authorities, and established financial controls.
Identify financial, accounting, tax, and operational risks and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting and financial records in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
Partner with Management and key business leaders by providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support business decisions.
Evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives, investments, operational changes, and other strategic projects.
Provide financial guidance to business units and subsidiaries on budgeting, accounting, controls, tax, and other financial matters.
Monitor business performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and resource utilization.
Lead and support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Finance and Accounting systems to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable financial processing.
Maintain and regularly review the Navision posting setup, including posting groups, account mappings, dimensions, and related system configurations, to ensure accurate recording and classification of financial transactions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA license required
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role
Experience in financial reporting, taxation, audit, budgeting, and internal controls
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/NavisionStrong knowledge of accounting principles, PFRS/IFRS, taxation, and financial reporting
Strong analytical, financial planning, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Knowledge of ERP systems, including Navision posting setup and financial processes
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
