House of Branded Lifestyle Inc. (HOBLI), the company behind Vision Express and Eye Society, seeks a Business Central Finance Support Specialist with a solid accounting background to transition into ERP support. Prior BC experience isn’t required.

You will support finance and accounting components of Dynamics 365 Business Central. Onsite role in Magallanes, Makati City, Philippines, with opportunities to grow in ERP, inventory, POS, and retail contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on Accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general accounting, financial transactions, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Interested and willing to transition from Accounting into Business Central/ERP support.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the finance and accounting functions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Review and help ensure accurate financial transactions, postings, reconciliations, and system-generated reports.
• Translate Finance and Accounting requirements into system and process requirements.
• Coordinate with IT, system consultants, and vendors on Business Central issues and enhancements.
• Assist in system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and implementation.
• Support Finance, Inventory, and Retail teams in resolving ERP-related concerns.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes through Business Central.
• Prepare SOPs, process documentation, and user guides.
• Provide end-user support and system training.

We are looking for a Business Central Finance Support Specialist with a solid Accounting background who is interested in transitioning into ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central support.

Prior Business Central experience is not required. What's important is a strong understanding of accounting processes, as the role will support the finance and accounting components of Business Central.

Job Summary

Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central from a finance and accounting perspective, working closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and system consultants.
