• Prepares Financial Reports and Analysis
• Prepares Operations Trackers and Management Reports
• Prepare & Reporting BIR compliance
• In charge of MSBC - Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
• Supervise Accounts Receivable Section including preparation of billing for other Receivables, Advances and Inter-company.
• Validates and reviews credit history of Producer's Loan.
• Identifies strengths and improvement areas of the subordinates to ensure effective implementation.
• Manpower training and orientation, performance evaluation and recommendations, requisition.
• Responsible for attendance checking
• Maintains discipline and promotes teamwork

Job Requirements

• College Graduate, Graduate of Accounting Course
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as managerial level
