Job summary

Unknown company in Makati seeks an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. You will review vouchers, ensure proper recording of monthly purchases and sales, monitor cash balances, reconcile inventories, and prepare monthly financial statements for audits.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, 3+ years of accounting experience (including managerial), and professional certifications (CIA/CPA/ACCA) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Any Related Course
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, including managerial experience
• Professional certification (CIA, CPA, ACCA) is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Accounting Systems and MS Excel is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance

Responsibilities

• Review purchase invoice vouchers and supplier check vouchers prior to approval
• Ensure all monthly purchases and sales are properly recorded in the system
• Monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient funding in bank accounts
• Reconcile inventory reports between production and accounting records
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including trial balance, balance sheet, and income statement
• Prepare schedules, documents, and adjusted trial balances for audit review
