Job summary

SYSGEN RPO in Ortigas, Pasig City seeks an experienced Finance Leader with 6+ years in Accounting/Finance and at least 3 years in a leadership role. The role covers month-end closing, balance sheet schedules, account reconciliations, payroll, cash position, budgeting and financial planning, plus government and regulatory compliance.

The role requires proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP, and strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and regulators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in leadership role.
• Experience in Taxation and Tax Compliance, including BIR requirements and LOA.
• Hands-on experience in Month-End Closing/Closing of Books, Balance Sheet Schedules and Account Reconciliations, Payroll and Statutory Compliance, Cash Management and Cash Position, Budgeting and Financial Planning.
• Background in Government and Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audit and Financial Controls.
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
• Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities
