Gemini Agri Farm Solutions Corp. is seeking an agronomy-focused professional to promote the company’s brands and introduce new products to the market.

The role includes organizing trial programs for farmers to determine best methods for improving crop production and implementing field trials and commercial demos of foliar fertilizers on rice, corn, and vegetables. You will assist in regional agronomic marketing plans, gather trial data, photos and testimonies, and support sales by maintaining

Responsibilities

• Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Organize trial programs for customers/ farmers to determine the best method of improving crop production.
• Implement the field trials and commercial demos of Foliar Fertilizers products on target crops (Rice, Corn and Vegetable)
• Assist in development and implementation of regional agronomic marketing plans.
• Gather trial data, photos and testimonies of farmer cooperators.
• Assist in the conduct of technical competency training in his territories.
• To support business growth through expansion of product portfolio
• Support the business development activities and assist on addressing technical concern.
• Submit monthly reports and up-to-date database monitoring of Demo Farms
• Develop and implement agronomic plans to support customers and maintain maximum production.
• Assists in implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
