• Train and mentor Sales Officers and field personnel on product knowledge and crop management practices.
• Provide technical support during product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze field data, pest and disease trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure proper and responsible use of agrochemical products in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and submit technical reports and field monitoring updates.
• Align technical programs with company sales targets and priority products.
