Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic issues, following safety standards, and maintaining positive customer interactions while coordinating with client representatives.
Responsible for installation, activation, and basic troubleshooting of drop fiber/coax connections and customer premises equipment (CPE).
Supports service delivery by ensuring quality installations, accurate documentation, customer satisfaction, and compliance with technical and safety standards.
Covers drop cable installation and CPE setup at customer premises
Includes activation, troubleshooting, and service verification
Ensures adherence to technical standards, documentation requirements, and safety protocols
Coordinates with client representatives and support teams
Installs fiber/coax drop cables from distribution points to customer premises
Installs, connects, and configures CPE (modems, ONTs, routers, set-top boxes)
Verifies service activation through testing such as signal strength, internet speed, and TV provisioning
Ensures neat, secure, and standardized installation of cabling and equipment
Provides basic customer orientation on CPE usage and troubleshooting
Addresses customer inquiries during installation and activation
Diagnoses and resolves basic drop-related issues such as signal loss and connectivity problems
Performs basic troubleshooting of CPE including reset, reconfiguration, and firmware checks
Escalates complex or recurring issues to higher-level technical support
Follows established technical standards and installation procedures
Ensures proper use of tools, materials, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintains quality workmanship in all installations and repair activities
Completes and submits Job Order Accomplishment Reports for all activities.
Documents installation details such as CPE serial numbers, MAC addresses, and activation logs.
Prepares and submits service activation reports and installation records.
Ensures accuracy and timely submission of all documentation.
Uses ladders, harnesses, and PPE properly during fieldwork.
Applies safe and efficient work practices at all times.
Reports hazards and unsafe conditions immediately.
Maintains professionalism and positive customer interaction at all times.
Provides clear, polite, and accurate updates regarding installation and service status.
Ensures customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
Complies with all company policies, rules, procedures, and safety regulations.
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and quality workmanship.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by immediate superior or management from time to time.

Graduate of Electronics Technology, or holder of NC II Technical Vocational Certificate, or any related field or equivalent
LTO Driver's License (preferred)
