Job summary

Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic issues, following safety standards, and maintaining positive customer interactions while coordinating with client representatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronics Technology, or holder of NC II Technical Vocational Certificate, or any related field or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge in electrical and electronics, troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Safety training (PPE) and working at heights awareness.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork and reliability, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Installs fiber/coax drop cables from distribution points to customer premises.
• Installs, connects, and configures CPE (modems, ONTs, routers, set-top boxes).
• Verifies service activation through testing such as signal strength and internet speed.
• Maintains neat, secure, and standardized installation of cabling and equipment.
• Provides basic customer orientation on CPE usage and troubleshooting.
• Addresses customer inquiries during installation and activation.
• Follows safety protocols and uses PPE during fieldwork.
• Completes and submits job-related reports and documentation.
