Job Description
- Receive, entertain, and process customer inquiries. Schedule travel along multiple routes to cover multiple visits per day. Ensure visits have clear agendas and results which contribute to sales.
- Develop and maintain relations and communications between customers and the company.
- Coordinate customer inquiries and orders to the company, and communicate important information such as stock availability, shipping dates, and statements of accounts.
- Drive sales to distributors by implementing promotional activities to push distributor stocks.
- Constantly monitor public procurement projects and maintain relations with public agencies. Participate in public procurement projects as approved by the company.
- Provide timely after‑sales services to address customer concerns such as complaints, product returns, product defects, etc. Provide technical assistance by way of troubleshooting customers’ specific technical concerns through recommendations of other products or farm management practices.
- Remind customers of their accounts and balances. Collect customer payments and ensure timely remittance and proper documentation to head office.
- Implement product development activities such as product research trials with field co‑operators. Coordinate with field co‑operators on trial methodologies, perform regular monitoring visits, and collect necessary data. Prepare final trial reports.
- Take all necessary ethical steps to ensure growth of sales revenues in their assigned areas.
- Account for and liquidate all petty cash funds assigned to them weekly.
- Prepare weekly activity reports showing details and results of daily activities.
- Perform other related activities or additional non‑related activities as may be reasonably required by the company.

Job Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s degree or higher, with preference given to Agricultural and Marketing courses.
- No prior relevant experience necessary, but it is preferred. Strong preference given to licensed agriculturists.
- Persevering and diligent, with a strong sense of ethics and personal integrity. Diplomatic and personable; with a great sense of humor and a friendly manner. Extroverted and open to new experience.
- Willing to work odd and sometimes difficult hours at the customers’ request.
- Willing to travel and constantly be on the open road. Capable of driving a motorcycle and has a driver’s license for this.
