Job summary

PRO-SOLUTIONS TECHNOLOGIES CO is seeking a Service Engineer to join our on-site team in Malolos, Bulacan. You will install and configure software, hardware, and network systems at client sites, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include on-site support, proper documentation, and maintaining equipment; you will work with the support lead to resolve complex problems and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Patient, reliable and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to document issues clearly and accurately.
• Valid driver's license for four-wheeled vehicle and/or motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software solutions, hardware and network systems at client locations.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates and troubleshooting of installed systems.
• Ensure installations comply with company standards and client requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware and network issues on-site.
• Provide training to school staff on using installed systems.
• Work with the Technical Support Lead and Development Team to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain detailed records of on-site visits, issues encountered, and resolutions provided.
• Report recurring technical problems to the Technical Support Lead for further action.
• Assist in creating user manuals and troubleshooting guides for clients.
• Ensure all necessary tools, devices and software are available for on-site work.
• Keep track of company-owned equipment deployed at client sites.
• Report any damaged or missing equipment to management.
