Job summary

TERRASERV TECHNOLOGIES INC. in the Philippines is seeking a Field Technical Representative to deliver on-site technical support, install, test, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment and systems while delivering excellent customer service and understanding customer requirements.

Based in Tagaytay Highlands, you will handle field visits, produce detailed service reports, and collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in SLR/SLI within an ISP environment.
• Working understanding of FTTH technology.
• Fiber optic splicing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Able to communicate effectively via email, Viber, phone, and SMS.
• Preferably with a valid Driver's License (A, A1, B, B1).
• Can start ASAP.
• Willing to be assigned in Tagaytay Highlands.

The Field Technical Representative is responsible for delivering on-site technical support by performing the installation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment and systems. The role ensures prompt and effective resolution of technical issues while providing excellent customer service, understanding customer requirements, and recommending appropriate solutions.

Technical Expertise / Customer Support

• Must have experience in Service Level Request (SLR) and Service Level Installation (SLI) within an ISP environment

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, and Powerpoint)

• Able to communicate effectively through email, viber, phone calls, and SMS

• Preferably with Driver's License code (A, A1, B, B1)
