Job summary

Resource One Corporation in Biñan City, Laguna seeks one Technical Supervisor to lead the Technical Service Team and provide expert hands-on support for lubricant applications, ensuring top customer service.

The role supervises the team, oversees on-site service activities, and ensures safety and adherence to protocols, with a base salary up to PHP 35,000 and a rice subsidy, plus annual increases and a company car.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science Engineering, Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding Engineering or equivalent.
• Prior hands-on and technical experience with machining and grinding process.
• Must be physically fit and capable of performing hands-on tasks in an industrial setting, including physical activity related to mixing, transporting, and handling industrial fluids and related equipment.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in using common business software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) with ease for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate the ability to thoroughly comprehend and execute complex operational instructions.
• With a valid driver's license (Restrictions 1, 2, and 3) and able to drive manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering expert hands-on technical support in the field, ensuring superior customer service, and resolving complex lubricant application issues.
• Act as the primary technical authority to rapidly troubleshoot and decisively resolve all customer complaints and performance issues related to lubricant application, condition, and use.
• Supervise, manage, and evaluate the Technical Service Team's performance, ensuring high standards of efficiency, safety, and adherence to company protocols.
• Direct and oversee all customer-site service activities, including specialized tasks (e.g., machine cleaning, lubricant filling, system changeovers), ensuring strict adherence to product best practices and safety guidelines.
