About the role

I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking a Lube Bay Supervisor to join our automotive service team in Naga City, Camarines Sur. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality operation of our lube bay services. As Lube Bay Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage technicians, maintain service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is fundamental to our commitment to delivering excellent automotive maintenance services and directly impacts our operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of lube bay technicians to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to service schedules
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and lubrication services
• Monitor service quality standards and ensure all work meets company specifications and industry best practices
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the lube bay facility
• Train and mentor lube bay staff on proper techniques, equipment usage, and customer service excellence
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, inventory levels, and maintenance logs
• Manage inventory of lubricants, filters, and other lube bay supplies, coordinating with procurement as needed
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Communicate with service advisors and other departments to coordinate vehicle scheduling and prioritise work
• Perform general maintenance and upkeep of lube bay equipment and facility

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in an automotive lube bay or quick-service facility, ideally in a supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, fluids, lubricants, and filtration systems
• Proficiency in using automotive service equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Outstanding customer service orientation and communication abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to automotive service facilities
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly
• Physical capability to perform hands-on lube bay work and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license is advantageous
• Relevant automotive certifications or training is preferred but not required
