Job summary

I-Serve360 Corporation in Sorsogon City is seeking an experienced Lube Bay Supervisor to lead our automotive lubrication services. This full-time role requires managing a team, ensuring service quality, safety, and efficiency while keeping operations profitable.

You will schedule staff, train technicians, monitor health and safety compliance, perform quality checks, and maintain records and inventory. English and Filipino communication skills are essential, along with a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in automotive service or lube bay operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, and routine servicing.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations within automotive service facilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Proficiency in using automotive service management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to operate vehicles safely.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino (or local language).
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Previous experience with quality assurance processes and inventory management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating daily operations within the lube bay, ensuring all services are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Managing and scheduling lube bay staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring work progress.
• Training and mentoring team members on proper techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the lube bay.
• Performing quality control checks on all completed services and vehicles before customer handover.
• Maintaining accurate records of services performed, inventory usage, and staff performance.
• Managing inventory of lubricants, filters, and other lube bay supplies, ordering replacements as needed.
• Addressing customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing operational enhancements.
• Conducting regular team meetings to communicate expectations, performance targets, and company updates.
• Reporting operational metrics and performance data to senior management.

About the role
I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lube Bay Supervisor to join our automotive services team in Sorsogon City. This is a full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and oversee the lubricant service operations within our facility. As Lube Bay Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service quality, efficiency, and safety whilst managing a team of technicians in the lube bay department.
